For Consultations and Fittings, please be on time. You will be granted a 15 minute grace period. More than 15 mins without proper communication , your appointment will be cancelled/ rescheduled. Fees will be added for extreme tardiness. 

No bulky clothing or body shapers should be worn during consultations and measurements. This may cause inaccurate measurements for custom apparel. 

Everyone is allowed one guest unless it's a minor than two will be available due to limited space. If you need better accommodations when it comes to guests please inbox me. 

If you decline a final fitting. Lani Luxxe is not responsible for any mishaps after the garment is taken home. 

Everyone must agree and sign a contract that will be given. Deposits have to be made in order for Lani Luxxe to start the process. 

Returns

Due to the majority of items being custom made, we do not offer refunds. If any issue occurs such as fitting, we will rectify the problem till solved. Exchanges are necessary upon delivery discretion.

Custom made 3-4 weeks.
